At Club Class Events we work really hard to make sure all of our customers are 100% happy. If, for whatever reason, you decide that you no longer require access to our Luxury toilets and showers at your designated event then please email richard@clubclassevents.com more than 72 hours before the start of the event and we will issue your refund. if you are unhappy with your purchase you are entitled to claim a refund on or during your first visit, we can not accept refund claims after the first visit.

What Is the Club Class Events Refund Policy?

Refunds can only be processed on items purchased directly from www.clubclassevents.com We are happy to refund your payment up to 24 hours prior to your selected event.

What happens if I have a problem placing an order?

If, for whatever reason, you are having trouble placing an order on our site please contact us at richard@clubclassevents.com and we will do everything in our power to help you.

I have not received a confirmation email after placing an order? How can I check on my order?

Your confirmation email is sent automatically after you complete your transaction. If you do not receive your email please firstly check your junk mail folder and if you still cannot find our email please contact us via our enquiry form.
