If, for whatever reason, you decide that you no longer require access to our Luxury toilets and showers at your designated event then please email more than 72 hours before the start of the event and we will issue your refund. if you are unhappy with your purchase you are entitled to claim a refund on or during your first visit, we can not accept refund claims after the first visit.
